LuvTheDay is a comprehensive wedding vendor marketplace platform that connects couples planning their weddings with professional wedding vendors throughout Utah. Our platform provides vendor discovery, contact facilitation, analytics tracking, and user account management. We facilitate communication and transactions between couples and vendors, but we are not a party to any agreements between users and vendors.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. We offer Google OAuth authentication for secure account creation and management. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Managing your saved venues and preferences
- Complying with Google's terms of service when using OAuth authentication
Vendor Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. Our platform supports various vendor categories including venues, photographers, caterers, and other wedding service providers. We reserve the right to:
- Review and approve vendor listings
- Remove listings that violate our policies
- Require verification of vendor credentials
- Modify or update listing information as needed
- Feature vendors based on quality and performance metrics
- Manage vendor analytics and performance tracking
- Control vendor image uploads and media content
User Conduct
You agree not to use our platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

- Submit inappropriate or offensive vendor images or content

Payment Terms
Our platform operates on a pay-per-click model for vendors. Payment terms include:
- Vendors are charged for each click on their listing
- Payment is processed through secure payment gateways
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
- Featured vendor placements may incur additional fees
- Analytics and performance reports are included in vendor services
Intellectual Property
Our platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for platform purposes. You may not:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuvTheDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuvTheDay from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our platform ceases immediately.
